Salmon with roasted vegetables

Delight in the exquisite combination of juicy baked salmon and roasted to-perfection vegetables. The flavors are robust and satisfying, making for a truly indulgent meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon fillet

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon Creole Seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 1 cup sweet potato cubes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, creole seasoning, and smoked paprika.

  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

  6. While the salmon is roasting, toss the broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  7. Spread the vegetables on a separate baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

  8. Serve the salmon with the roasted vegetables.
